Gregory has spent 30 years in federally funded workforce development, career counseling, and employment assistance programs — working directly with job seekers across every background: professionals, justice-involved individuals, adults re-entering the workforce, and experienced professionals navigating age bias. He has watched AI transform the hiring landscape from the inside out.
Gregory is currently employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where he supports vocational services. His work is often mistaken for résumé writing. It is not. Résumés, LinkedIn profiles, and written materials are expressions of strategy — not the strategy itself. They emerge only after a professional's identity, value, and direction have been clearly defined. Gregory's role is to ensure that job seekers and professionals are read accurately, positioned credibly, and evaluated on what actually matters.

It is the foundation of every service: individual career strategy, organizational staff training, and the proprietary PI+AI Job Seeker Toolbox used by clients from first application to job landed. Applying to more roles does not resolve misalignment. Adding keywords does not repair narrative confusion. In an AI-mediated market, precision beats volume and alignment beats speed.
